What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to visits to xtrenchrun.lol, a website that has been running since 2026. The site is dedicated to the game X-Trench Run, which its homepage plays, alongside a small number of related titles listed with it. We choose other titles only when they are closely related and fit alongside our main game, and the site publishes 1 game category: Airplane. Every game runs directly in your web browser with no download, plugin, or account, and titles that stop working are deactivated.

This policy describes the direct technical records created when you browse our pages, the content you submit through on-site forms, and the presence of third-party services. This site lists and embeds these games from third-party providers; it did not build, develop, or publish any of them.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you browse the site, every page view is recorded first-party. This record includes the path, the page type, the game identifier where there is one, a device class, the referring host, and a timestamp. The full referring URL is not recorded, and no third party receives any of this information.

Raw page-view rows are deleted after 3 days; only daily totals are kept beyond that time. The visitor counter behind these page views relies on a hash formed from a secret, the date, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string. Your IP address is not stored in any form in this counter. Because the current date is included inside the hash, the same person counts once per day and cannot be linked from one day to the next.

When a visitor likes or favourites a game, the visitor's IP address is stored so that the action is not counted more than once. Playing games on the site does not involve user accounts, logins, or stored passwords.

Information You Send Us

If you send a message through the on-site contact form, the submission stores your name, email address, subject, and message. These messages are readable by site administrators and are kept until manually deleted. Each contact message also stores the sender IP address and browser user-agent string, which are used to rate-limit submissions to 3 per hour and to block abusive senders.

Every game page also carries a report form. Submitting a report stores the reason selected from a fixed list, including copyright, the written description, an email address if one is provided, the reporter IP address, and a timestamp. The IP address limits reports to three per item per address per day. Reports are stored with a status and are marked reviewed, resolved, or dismissed in the administration interface, recording which administrator handled the report and when.

Comments You Post

When you submit a comment on a game, the site stores the commenter name, an optional email address, the text of the comment, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string.

There is no automated schedule that deletes comments over time. A comment stays on the site until it is removed, and all comments associated with a specific game are deleted if that game is deleted.

Search Queries

When you perform an on-site search, our systems log specific details about the query. These logs record the search text you entered, your browser user-agent, the referring page, and your session identifier.

Within these search logs, the visitor IP address is stored only as an irreversible hash. It is never stored in readable form.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies and similar technologies are used on this site for it to function. The site sets its own session cookie so a visit holds together across pages. This first-party cookie is restricted to HTTP requests, is sent over HTTPS where the connection allows, expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, and has its identifier replaced every 30 minutes.
